Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the composition, functioning and financing of the Nova Scotia Wool Marketing Board. For the purpose of the present Regulation "Commodity Board" means the Nova Scotia Wool Marketing Board. The text – consisting of 5 sections – deals with the following aspects: authorized receiver, marketing charge, wool records and inspection.
