Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 14 of the Agricultural Produce Grading Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the grading of wool. In particular, section 1 establishes that the he grading of wool by numbered British Columbia grades shall be done by applying the standards for the corresponding numbered Canada grades, imposed by the Canada Agricultural Products Act and the Regulations under it.
