Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. The Regulation specifies in detail the relevant amount of production capacity and other requirements that must be met in respect of timber processing facilities. The text consists of 13 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Applications for woodlot licences and evaluation (1); Change in boundary or area (2); Repealed (3); Surrender of woodlot licence (4).
