Abstract

This Chapter of the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) concerns withdrawal of certain waters from appropriation, special municipal and county water rights. More specifically, it provides for diversion by Morrow County, including waters diverted from Ditch Creek and acquisition of property necessary for storage and diversion; withdrawals from appropriation specified for multiple creeks and water bodies; and municipal water supply.
