Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to regulate the treatment of wine. It lays down the admitted maximum amount of several substances. The Institutes listed in article 7 are authorized to certify the quality of wine. The Ordinance consists of 11 articles.
