Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that owners, or other beneficiaries, of vine yards shall have to pay a charge for the special promotion of wine produced in Rheinland-Pfalz. Funds collected shall be used exclusively for the promotion of marketing of wine made in Rheinland-Pfalz by means of a special advisory board deciding on promotion campaign, such as, for example, the kind of advertising to adopt. The text consists of 8 articles.
