Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Wine Act in its version of 16 May 2001 and the Wine Ordinance in its version of 14 May 2002. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned federal legislation in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
