The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Wine Act in its version of 16 May 2001 and the Wine Ordinance in its version of 14 May 2002. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned federal legislation in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The text consists of 14 articles as follows: Delimitation of vineyards (1); Replanting vineyards (2); Management of product potentials (3); Classification of vine varieties (4); Quantity regulations (5); "Landwein" (table wine originating in Germany) (6); Levying of charges for the German Wine Fund (7); Simplified accounting (8); Modern accounting (9); "Herbstbuch" (autumn book) (10); Accompanying paper copy (11); Competent authorities (12); Penalties (13); Entry into force (14).
