This Act enters into force on 4 November 1992.
Abstract

An Act to regulate the growing of quality wine. The Act defines at the outset its sphere of application and contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Article 5 prescribes the features of soil on which vine plants for quality wine can be grown. Article 17 deals with the Wine Fund, its statute, its members and its supervisory and executive board. Finally, the Act outlines the penalties in case of violation. The Act consists of of 26 articles.
