Abstract The present Ordinance implements articles 33 and 34 of the Wine Act 1999 dealing with forms and accompanying documents for the transport of wine and wine products. The said Ordinance lays down in details the procedures to be followed when transporting such goods, with particular reference to the relevant documents.
