Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements articles 33 and 34 of the Wine Act 1999 dealing with forms and accompanying documents for the transport of wine and wine products. The said Ordinance lays down in details the procedures to be followed when transporting such goods, with particular reference to the relevant documents. The text consists of 9 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Forms for the transport of wine products (1); Other forms (2). One Annex is enclosed.
