The text contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as “grape product”, “wine”, “winery”, etc. Thereafter, the Act deals with permission to keep and sell wine, administration of Act by designated body, fees, use of money collected, offences and licence suspension or revocation.
