The present Ordinance enters into force on 29 December 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various EC directives on the same subject. In particular it lays down provisions relating to the marketing of wine-alcohol. The text consists of 13 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competence (2); Survey (3), Use and processing (4); Duty to notify (5); Obligation to inform (6); Participation (7); Authorized persons (8); Use or processing of alcohol from other member states (9); Use or processing in another member state (10); Export (11); Samples and forms (12); Entry into force (13).
