Abstract The present Regulations were made under Wildlife Act (S.S. 1979, c.W-13.1) which was repealed, but these Regulations continue in force under the Wildlife Act, 1998. These Regulations apply to all wildlife wherever found. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to hunting issue. The text consists of 86 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: General (I); General hunting restrictions (II); Licences (III); Tagging big game and coyotes (IV); Use of hunting vehicles (V); Traffic in wildlife (VI); Fur conservation block and areas (VII); Shotgun-Archery/Muzzleloader Areas (VIII); Big game computer draw (IX).
