These Regulations enter into force on the date they are published in the Gazette.
Abstract

Part 5 including regulations on the powers and functions of CITES scientific authority and CITES management authority, is inserted to the Principal Regulations. Moreover, the application forms for a permit to trade in a CITES specimen, permit to trade in a CITES specimen, certificate of captive breeding for an animal specimen or artificial propagation for a plant specimen, and pre-CITES certificate are attached to the text.
