Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 17 December 1991.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulations authorize the Minister to provide assistance or funds to: ensure wildlife survival through the winter months, prevent damage to agricultural produce, and compensate for injury to livestock by game animals. The text consists of 8 sections.
