The present Regulations enter into force on 22 December 1993.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Wildlife Habitat Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to wildlife habitats. Section 3 establishes that the Saskatchewan Wetland Conservation Corporation is prescribed as a Crown corporation for the purposes of subsection 6(4) of the Act.
