Abstract

These Regulations, made under sections 54 and 121 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, provide rules with respect to non-consumptive tourism (not involving the taking of wildlife specimen). Permits for non-consumptive use shall be applied for and granted by the Director of Wildlife.
