The Service shall, among other things, comply with and monitor compliance with international treaties and monitor and prevent trade that is inconsistent with international treaties in accordance with the Act and the Regulations made under it. The Regulations also require each county to ensure that its legislation conforms with wildlife international treaties to which Kenya is a party. The Service may delegate any function to the County Wildlife Conservation and Compensation Committee.
