Abstract

This Order amends the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Keeping and Release and Notification Requirements) (Scotland) Order 2012 in articles 2 and 3 and Schedule 1 in relation with the nomenclature of invasive animal species and to modify the entry in relation to Deer so as to correctly refer to the island of Arran.
