Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 35 sections, implement the Wilderness Protection Act 1992 by providing specifications on the management of wilderness areas and zones. In particular, the Regulations cover matters relating to: the use of vehicles, aircrafts and vessels; camping; forest fires; use of caves; protection of animals and plants; scientific research; and littering.
