The present Regulations enter into force on 20 January 1999.
Abstract

The present Regulations were made under the Wildlife Act, 1997 (S.S. 1997, c. W-13.11) which was repealed, but these Regulations continue in force under the Wildlife Act, 1998 applying to all wild species at risk in Saskatchewan. The wild species at risk listed in Appendix 1 are designated as extirpated. The wild species at risk listed in Appendix 2 are designated as endangered. The wild species at risk listed in Appendix 3 are designated as threatened.
