In addition to the tagging requirements of the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (No. 2) Regulations 2006, where a person lawfully catches and retains a wild salmon or sea trout by rod and line, he or she shall affix to the fish a brown tag issued by a regional board under these Regulations.
