The present Regulations enter into force on 3 February 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Provincial Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the issuing of permits and licences for the cultivation of wild rice. The text – consisting of 18 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: permits, licences, maximum areas, terms and conditions, prohibitions and applicable fees.
