In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to permits and licence. At the outset the Regulation contains a definition clause containing various terms therein employed, such as, “block licence”, “harvesting permit”, “mechanical harvesting permit”, “and picker’s permit”. The fees for licence applications and licences are set out in Schedule O. The text consists of 9 sections and 15 Schedules.
