Abstract

Section 3 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that except under the authority of a licence, no person shall harvest or attempt to harvest wild rice on Crown lands. Moreover, no person who is not a resident shall have a licence. The text – consisting of 5 sections – is dealing with the following aspects: administration of Act, licences, hearing, report, decision after hearing, appeal and offence.
