Abstract

The hunting of birds of any kind specified in the First Part of the Second Schedule to the Act is prohibited during the 1995 close season (sect. 2). Section 3 provides that shooting of specified birds is allowed on Saturdays and Sundays only during specified hours. Shooting of certain species is also prohibited during the shooting season (sect. 5).
