Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hunting Act of 30 January 1962 and the Act of 23 May 1996 on protection of nature and landscape conservation. Article 1 establishes that these measures shall create and conserve huntable animal species living a healthy life in good conditions. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Shooting plan, its implementation and control (II); Regulating costs for measures of game damage prevention (III); Measures to improve the sustainability of the habitat of wildlife (IV); Gamekeepers (V); Final provisions (VI).
