It shall also be prohibited to disturb nests of protected birds or take, sell or offer for sale wild birds or its eggs. Exportation of skins or plumage of a protected bird requires a permission of the Governor. Certain methods of killing of wild birds, other than protected birds, are prohibited. The Governor in Council may declare bird sanctuaries under section 11. Other provisions concern offences, penalties ands enforcement. (15 sections) Full text English
