He or she may also appoint any person to be a game warden for purpose of this Act. It shall be prohibited to kill or capture any wild bird specified in the Schedule during the close season or expose or offer for sale, having in possession or exporting any wild bird or its eggs, skin or feathers. A number of wild birds that may be captured or kill during the open season shall be prescribed under section.
