The Provincial Government may declare close times in which it shall be unlawful to capture, kill, possess, sell, etc. any wild bird or animal (sect. 3). Section 4 contains penal provisions. The Provincial Government may, in the interest of scientific research, grant a licence which authorizes any person to do any act declared to be unlawful (sect. 7). (9 sections).
