Abstract

This Part of Chapter 379 of the Florida Statutes concerns wild animal life. It provides for no net loss of hunting lands; J. W. Corbett and Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Areas; required clothing for persons hunting deer; voluntary Authorized Hunter Identification Program; alligator management program implementation; unlawful sale, possession, or transporting of alligators or alligator skins; prima facie evidence of intent to violate laws protecting alligators; private game preserves and farms; classification of wildlife and seizure of captive wildlife; and exhibition or sale of wildlife.
