The marketplace has a manager in charge of (i) follow the implementation of the Committe's resolutions; (ii) prepare the budget; (iii) prepare an annual report on market activities; (iv) stop the activity of the facilities in case of violation of the provisions of this Law. The Law prohibits (i) the wholesale sale or display for the sale of any fruit and vegetable product other than the relevant market; (ii) the sale of products for export outside the space dedicated to them.
