Abstract

These Regulations require, for purposes of section 31 of the Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy Act, any dealer who imports or deals in whole milk powder to an amount exceeding fifty metric tonnes in any calendar year to furnish to the Manager of the Dairy Produce Board a monthly return in respect of such importation or dealings. The return shall be furnished in the form prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations.
