Part 3 contains the procedures for disclosure of impropriety; reduction of disclosure into writing; action by person who receives disclosure of impropriety; compulsory receipt of disclosures ; and Investigation. Part 4 concerns protection for making disclosure of impropriety, this encompasses protection of whistleblower and protection against civil and criminal action. Part 5 is offences and penalties.
