The present Regulations enter into force on 30 May 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agri-Food Act, 2004. Section 3 specifies that the Saskatchewan Wheat Development Plan is established. The purpose of the plan is to develop the wheat industry in Saskatchewan. The specific purposes of the plan are, inter alia, to: a) assist in the development and promotion of Saskatchewan-grown wheat in the domestic and international marketplaces; b) conduct and encourage research on production, market development, processing and consumption of wheat; c
