The Act provides rules with respect to the application for and issue of Whale Watching Licences or Whale Swimming Licenses. Application for such licences shall be lodged with the Minister of Tourism. Licenses granted under this Act are not transferable. The Act also defines offences and regulation-making powers of the Minister.
