Abstract The provisions of sections 2 and 10(3) of Schedule 4 to the Act, modified and adapted to read as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order, shall apply to the undertaking in so far as affected by the provisions of this Order. Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Authority may, for the purposes of the undertaking, take water from the river known as Allt Dail A'Chairn in the Argyll and Bute Council Area. Section 10 (3) of the Act concerns liability of the West of Scotland Water Authority for non construction or maintenance of gauges or non-authorized intake of water.
