The present Order enters into force on 1 July 2005.
Abstract

The present Order enacts subsection 4(2)a of the Seeds Act. Section 1 establishes that the seeds of the species of plants set out in the Schedule are deemed to be weed seeds for the purpose of establishing grades under the Seeds Act. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
