Abstract

This chapter of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerns weather control and cloud modification. No person or corporation, other than the United States and its administrative agencies or the state shall, without having first received a license from the director of water resources, conduct any weather control or cloud modification operations or attempt artificially to produce rainfall. The chapter further provides for application for license; application fee and statement accompanying application; reports required from licensees; failure to file and revocation of license; equipment license, fee, application, reports required and revocation of license; and violations and classification.
