Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2015.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Waterworks Law of 1 April 2004. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Law. Articles 2 designates the competent responsible authorities. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Waterworks (2); Use of waters (3); Fees (4).
