Abstract

This chapter of the West Virginia Code concerns watershed improvement districts. It provides that, whenever within a soil conservation district or districts, soil conservation or the conservation, development, utilization, or disposal of water will be promoted by the construction of improvements for such purpose or purposes, a watershed improvement district may be established within such soil conservation district or districts in accordance with the provisions of this article.
