The present Regulations enters into force on 1 July 1990.
Abstract

This Regulation concerns the alteration of Provincial river courses or alteration to wetlands. It is composed of 28 sections and is divided into 6 Titles and Schedule A, covering such things as permits, securities, compliance, administration, fees. Schedule A names specific watercourses the Regulation covers and allowed activities in these areas and requirements for permits (sects. 3 and 15.1.b and 15.3).
