Abstract This Regulation consists of 41 sections, divided into 17 Titles implementing the Clean Water Act for well-drilling. It covers permits (sects. 4, 5, 7 and 8); duties of well contractors and drillers (sects. 11-13); well locations and construction (sects. 14-21); and aquifer protection (sects. 22-29). It also establishes a Well Drilling Advisory Board (sect. 35) and sets Minimum Standards for Casing (Schedule A).
