Abstract

By-law 2 makes provision for the calculation of water used in the case of unmetered emergency or temporary supplies on the basis of the average of water metered water supply for a continuous period of at least 30 days during the six months preceeding the temporary or emergency supply. If such calculation is not possible fixed fees listed in paragraph B of by-law 2 shall be applied. Any person wishing to obtain a temporary or emergency supply shall make an application in the printed form contained in the Schedule. (4 by-laws)
