Abstract This Regulation, consisting of four sections and two Schedules, specifies the dams for submitting flood mitigation manuals and flood event reports: Act, sec. 371A, each of the following dams is prescribed: (a) North Pine Dam; (b) Somerset Dam; (c) Wivenhoe Dam. In addition, it establishes: prescribed CSG environmental authorities and prescribed related entity of relevant infrastructure owner.
