These municipal authorities may transfer these tasks in whole or in part to private water companies or other municipalities. However, they shall be responsible for the monitoring, division of areas and granting of potable water supply in emergency situations. Subsidies shall be granted for special projects according to article 34 of the Water Resources Law. The text consists 10 articles.
