Abstract

The present Act Act lays down provisions relating to the granting of water supply for the purpose of defence. Article 1 establishes that holders or owners of water supply systems, of sewerage and drainage installations, of dams and storage facilities, of pumping stations are bound to ensure an adequate water supply for the case of need. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Precautionary measures (1); Provisions in case of defence (2); Common provisions (3); Penalties and fines (4); Final provisions (5).
