Abstract

By-laws made under section 11 of the Water Supply Act by the Commissioner of Water Supply and approved by the Minister. Persons that want to obtain a supply of water for domestic, building or trade purposes as defined by the Act, shall apply with the Commissioner in the form as set out in Schedule A (by-law 2). Such application may be refused or the use of water restricted by the Commissioner on the grounds outlined in by-law 3. The kind and size of connection shall be decided by the Commissioner (by-law 4). Remaining by-laws deal with connections, charges and the testing of water meters. (16 by-laws and one Schedule)
