The Minister may, on application, agree to supply water for domestic or other purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Water and Sewerage Act and these Rules. The Rules also concern requirements for plumbing and metering, prohibit illegal consumption and waste of water supplied through the public system and prescribe charges for water-related services.
