Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Water Security Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the correct and efficient enforcement of certain provisions of the afore-mentioned Act, such as reservoir development areas, drainage works, fees and charges, wells. The text consists of 33 sections divided into 7 Parts.
