Abstract

This Chapter of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) concerns water rights of United States. Specifically, it provides for eminent domain by the United States; right to use water courses; notice and certificate, effect of; appropriation of water, title to beds and shores; reservation of needed lands, procedure; restrictions on sale of state lands within project; federal water users' association, exemption from fees; federal water users' association, records by county auditor; permit for grand coulee project; and Columbia Basin Project.
